Cars DVD – Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo

For those planning out their holiday weekend, Disney is offering a lot of “Cars”.

In addition to Cars2 currently running strong in theaters across the country, the studio also has available for post-BBQ home entertainment a Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo in Blu-ray Packaging of the original that also features Owen Wilson, Bonnie Hunt and Larry the Cable Guy.

From the creators of Toy Story, The Incredibles and Finding Nemo, “Cars” features Wilson as hotshot rookie race car Lightning McQueen living life in the fast lane until he hits a detour on his way to the most important race of his life. Stranded in Radiator Springs, a forgotten town on the old Route 66, he meets Sally (Hunt), Mater (Larry), Doc Hudson (Paul Newman) and a variety of quirky characters who help him discover that there’s more to life than trophies and fame.  This animated gem is really a tribute of the history of the automobile, a tip of the hat to NASCAR and its roots and fond memories of Route 66.
