Twins vs. Braves Classic 1991 World Series

New on DVD

Many baseball experts place it among the grandest fall classics ever.

If drama is a high criteria this one certainly qualifies. Five games were decided by one run. Four of the games were won on the very last plate appearance. Three games went extra innings with the winning run scoring on the final pitch.

The 1991 world series had it all – stellar defensive play; savvy moves by both managers; Kirby Puckett pumping his fist as he circled the bases after his 11th-inning home run off Charlie Leibrandt to win Game 6, and veteran Jack Morris caps it with an extraordinary Game 7 pitching performance against the relentless Braves with a 10 inning masterpiece in a game that had only one run.

The seven-DVD collection contains every pitch of all seven games. A special DVD audio feature allows fans to watch the World Series television broadcast and listen to the Twins Radio Network announcers.
